I recently switched to a vegan diet. Are there any supplements I should be taking to make sure I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals that I need?

There will be a few different supplements that you will likely need to support your vegan diet. However, supplementation is very individual and it's based on your diet, your health symptoms, your lifestyle, and without knowing this information, I'm not able to make specific supplements suggestion, but it is worth looking into how much protein you are consuming and what sources of protein you're getting.

You might need protein powder as a supplement. Animal food is the only bio available soluble nutrients like vitamin A, D, K and E, and the supplement forms of these nutrients and always in a form of body can use even plant sources of these foods of these nutrients, like carrots, for example, for vitamin A, it actually can't make vitamin A without the fatty acids from animal foods to convert these nutrients
to their bio available form, so that's just another consideration. And B12 is also another supplement to consider as well.
