1.How much is delivery?

It depends on which delivery option you choose at checkout. We contribute towards your shipping costs to keep it as low as possible. 2nd class delivery is FREE, 1st class delivery is £1 and recorded next working day delivery is £3.95. Delivery is also free for all subscription orders.

2.How long does shipping take?

2nd class delivery takes 2-4 working days, 1st class usually takes upto 2 working days, and recorded next day delivery should arrive the next working day as long as you place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday). Having said this, timing is not always in our control if the mail network is having unforeseen issues.

3.Can I get next day delivery?

Yes. Select next day recorded delivery during checkout. As long as you place your order before 3pm we will be able to get your order ready and out for you to receive the next working day.

4.I’ve already placed my order, is it too late to make a change?

If we haven’t already shipped your product then it should be simple enough, but it really depends on what you need to change. Please get in touch with us and we’ll try our best to help.

5.What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy. However, if you have not broken the seal of the packaging and decide you no longer want your patches, contact us within 7 days of receiving them. At this point, we will provide you with a unique returns code, along with information on how to proceed. The shipping cost for returned items is payable by you so we won't reimburse the cost. If we've incurred a returns fee from your carrier, we may deduct this from your refund. Lastly, it’s always best to use recorded delivery (and keep the tracking number just in case!)

7.I live outside of the UK. Can I still order from BeYou?

At the moment we are currently only able to ship to addresses within the UK. Don't worry though - while we work on this, you can find us on Cult Beauty and Beauty Bay who both offer international shipping.

Yes you can! We’re still a young company so we’re always looking for more stores to stock our product (and future ones as well). Just get in touch with us and a member of our team will get back to you.
