BeYou UK Shipping 

Whether you’re a subscriber or are a newbie to the BeYou family, we deliver all around the UK! You can check below for information about the shipping of your chosen products. We dispatch all our products at 3pm daily excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Please note, as we are offering our Limited Edition Hand Sanitiser at such a low cost to make it affordable for everyone, all orders which include a limited edition Hand Sanitiser will need to total £40 to qualify for free next working day shipping.

 

BeYou Monthly Patches
The delivery charges depend on what products are purchased as the BeYou Patches are sent via Royal Mail and the rest of the BeYou range is sent via Parcelforce. See the applicable charges below.

*Recorded next day delivery should arrive the next working day as long as you place your order before 3pm Monday - Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday). Timing is not always in our control if the mail network is having unforeseen issues.

All our Bundle offers automatically qualify for free next working day delivery, unless including a Hand Sanitiser

 

BeYou Hand Sanitiser
As above, as we are offering our Limited Edition Hand Sanitiser at such a low cost to make it affordable for everyone, all orders including Hand Sanitiser will need to total £40 to qualify for free next working day shipping.

 

All other BeYou products
The delivery costs for all other products will be calculated at checkout, with all shipping options available for these products displayed.

BeYou International Delivery

Unfortunately we don't ship outside of the UK directly.   
Cult Beauty and Beauty Bay offer competitive prices for international shipping to the US, Australia, New Zealand and India.  
Returns
We're not an unfair company and we never will be. A lot of these things are created to protect us from those who would take advantage, or hold us to an unreasonable standard. While most of the below olds true, please reach out to us if you have any issues at all and we'll try our best to help!
(a) Returns. Due to the nature of the Products, BeYou Together Limited does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. 
(b) Exchanges. We do not accept any Product exchanges.
(c) Damaged Products. If the Product arrives damaged ("Damaged Product"), BeYou Together Limited will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once BeYou Together Limited confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.
(d) Sale and clearance items. Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
(e) Return Procedures. All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Products must be unused and unopened and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at info@beyouonline.co.uk.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returns can be mailed to: Unit 19, Wainwright Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B6 5TJ. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
Unauthorised returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
