Directions: 
1) Dry skin before use. Cut open the foil sachet and remove a patch - use immediately.

2) Peel off the protective paper from the central cut to expose the adhesive area. Apply the patch wherever you need to while peeling away the remaining 2 liners.

3) Leave it on for up to 12 hours (the oils are proven to release over that time).

4) Remove gently using warm water to loosen the adhesive. Discard and replace with a new patch as required.
