Hypnotherapy in itself is really soothing and really calming for both the body and the mind. It's a very deep state of relaxation with this focused awareness. And in that state, the subconscious mind becomes much more receptive to the suggestions that are given by the Hypnotherapist.
And those suggestions will be around letting go of any stress and anxiety, feeling calmer, more confident, or whatever is tailored to the individual. And those suggestions are what creates a longer term change in how you think, think, and how you feel and how you behave.
