Things that are naturally in their natural form, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.
You're going to get a broad range of different nutrients. Nuts and seeds, fish, grass-fed meat and low in things like, sugar, gluten, dairy, things that are actually inflammatory and really won't help out someone with an under active thyroid.
