So often symptoms of PMS can be related to inflammation, digestive issues, or hormonal imbalance. And stress is a really huge factor as well. A lot of women will notice that PMS is worse after a particularly stressful month, which is really interesting.
So again, what you can do about them depends on your personal experience and what symptoms you actually get, because they're all unique, but a good place to to start would be some stress management. So it doesn't have to be yoga or meditation. If that's not your thing for me, it's going for a nice long walk with a dog, just something that chills you out.
