What can you do to help with burnout?
Well, there are a number of things you can do to help prevent burnout, starting by first recognising how you are feeling and also recognising or starting to become more mindful of the activities that are supporting you in feeling or sensing burnout, because there's lots of stuff that can be happening within your life that may be contributing to you feeling the way you are.
So becoming mindful of that can be really helpful.
Once you have identified this, you can start introducing healthy or healthier boundaries into your life, and you can start really tapping into exercises that can help promote a healthier work life balance.
For example, having a lunch break, which often we forget about when we're busy having screen free time or social media free time practising mindfulness starting a nice exercise regime that you enjoy socialising and connecting with others and just simply making time for rest.
Now, obviously, this is all individualised.
What works for someone might not work for you, but these are just general exercises or practices that have been found to support people who have found themselves burnt out, including myself and a lot of the stuff that I just provided a very brief overview of I did myself and still practised to this day to ensure that I do not burn out again.
The key thing, like I said in a previous video is to get support. If you feel like you need that support to help you manage your burnout.
