How to be more conscious of what I put in my body and not obsess over it?

This is quite an individual one, because if you were a client of mine then we kind of talk through this a little bit more and I get an idea of how it was that you are obsessing over, or you're likely to be obsessing over what you eat.

But one thing that might help is that I often tell my clients is that we can have a kind of 80/20 rule.

So 80% of the time we eat, everything that we know is good for us, and it's good for the condition that you've got.

And, you know, it's going to make you feel good and it's going to make you more healthy and help you heal.

And then there's 20% of the time when you don't necessarily have to do that, you don't have to think about it.

If someone offers you a slice of cake, take the cake, unless you're gluten free and it's got gluten in it.

But have a bit of sugar. Have a glass of wine. There is some leeway there, and you're still going to be doing really good things for your body if you're doing it 80% of the time.
