How can I tackle chronic fatigue?

Chronic fatigue is a really tricky one because it can be caused by so many things and aggravated by so many things.

Your first port of call should be your healthcare a practitioner just to check. There isn't anything else happening for you and they're giving you everything that you need to support you that's available.

If you don't already, track your symptoms, consider the different cycle stages. Are you noticing any fluctuations within your chronic fatigue symptoms at different stages of your cycle? Are you noticing any patterns with food or movement, or is there anything at work potentially that's causing it?

Consider your support system. Are you able to have a conversation with friends or family, a partner, or any colleagues that you have? Talking about chronic fatigue really helps. Looking at your day to day, what do you need support with to allow you to thrive and how can with the help of those people and the support of those people, how can you make those things happen for yourself?

Introducing helpful habits like staying hydrated. Are you getting enough water each day? Do you have a set bedtime and wake up time? Does that help? Does a clean sleeping pattern help? Are you getting plenty of fresh air? Do you get fresh air every day? Gentle movement and apps like Calm or Headspace might help as well.

All of those things be a huge benefit to chronic fatigue symptoms and tracking them as well as your current symptoms. What improvement you might see within those, so hopefully that should help.
