How can I lighten acne scars?
So it all depends on the type of skin you have. If you have very sensitive skin, I would recommend something like Bakuchiol or vitamin C.
Also, if you've got eczema, I would recommend those. If your skin can tolerate something a little bit more aggressive, then I would recommend a retinol working your way up to a tretinoin. Obviously, it needs to be tailored to you individually and we need to make sure that you're not pregnant or breastfeeding.
You can't use those products if you are, but over a certain amount of time, with a good exfoliator. You will start to see those scars lighten.
