So you'll be less likely to want to snack on sweet things for lots of reasons and also make sure that you have sweet things after your meal straight after your meal.
If we have sweet things as snacks in between meals, then this means our blood sugar goes up and down and up and down. And this means we want more and more sweet things and it means we put on weight.
