But I don't see why you can't do anything you don't want to do. Exercise wise. Yoga is really good for movement, breathing and stretching, so that will help with relaxing and pilates is really good for strengthening just everywhere, including pelvic floor.
Again, you may just want to speak to your pelvic health physio depending on what you've gone to them for. For example, if it's to do with a prolapse or a DRAM or incontinence, which level you might modify and generally, if you're not sure start on the very basic level with whatever exercise it is and build up slowly each time from there.
