Are there different types of coaching?

Are there different types of coaching?

Well, yes, there are an array of different coaching styles and methods out there designed to support people in different ways. For example, I've already mentioned that I'm a health coach, and my specialism is women supporting women with their menstrual health and peri-menopause or menopausal transition mainly around kind of exhaustion and fatigue that can often be attached to these areas.

But there's other health coaches out there with different specialisms. Likewise, you can also have business coaches that support people, grow and establish or build a successful business. You have executive coaches who work with people within the executive field. So senior management, CFA, CEOs, etc.

There are also career coaches, and they support people grow and develop within their career and find the confidence to, I suppose, to step out of their comfort zone if it means going for different jobs.

And like I said, there's also life coaching. There's people that specialise in coaching women through pregnancy. So, yes, there is an array of different coaches.
